About VICIbox Sever
VICIbox Server is our installation cd for the VICIDIAL Call Center Suite.
VICIbox Server includes:

While the minimum requirements for installing VICIbox Server are:
- 1.0 Ghz x86 Processor
- 512 Megabytes of RAM
- 8 Gigabytes of disk space
- CDrom / DVD Drive
- Internet Connection (required for Sangoma Wanpipe installation or alternative SVN installation)
it is highly recommended that you use the following or better:
- 2.0 GHz Quad Core x86 Processor
- 4 Gigabytes of RAM
- 160 Gigabyes of disk space on an enterprise-grade SATA or SAS hard-drive
- CDrom / DVD Drive
- Broadband Internet Connection (required for remote agents and SIP connectivity)
If you plan on using VICIbox with a VoIP provider you will also want a broadband internet connection. Consult with your VoIP provider as to how much bandwidth you will need to use the number of channels they are providing you.
